On February 28, British cellist Steven Isserlis performed an exclusive recital at WQXR’s Greene Space. The recital was broadcast live as part of the station’s “Classical Up Close” series. The program includes Beethoven Cello Sonata No. 2 in G minor, Janáček Pohádka, and Prokofiev Scherzo from Sonata for Cello and Piano in C major.
